We are a fully insured, award-winning design/build contractor. We have been featured in Cobb InFocus, Trends, Atlanta Life, Atlanta Home Improvement Magazine as well as on cable episodes of Atlanta Home & Lifestyle and HGTV's DIY to the Rescue shows.
Determined to stay at the forefront of our industry, we are members of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and the Remodelers Advantage Roundtable.
Dale and Guy are credentialed as a Certified Remodeler (CR) through NARI. Our team also includes one (1) Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler, and three (3) Certifled Lead Carpenters. Our Sales/Estimating, Project Management and Design team members are certified in EarthCraft House building, a program through the HBA in partnership with the Southface Energy Institute which addresses ways to make your home more energy efficient and to improve the indoor air quality. Our Project Managers are also Erosion Control and EPA Lead certified.

H. Dale Contant, President & Principal Owner
With over 30 years experience and training in various architectural/drafting design, construction and cutting-edge technology, Dale has received extensive recognition at both the local and national level for remodeling project design.
He stays very active in the industry and has served in leadership nationally and for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Recognized by the NARI Certification Program as demonstrating a high level of competency and ethical standards and by subscribing to rigorous procedures and tests, Dale has earned Certified Remodeler (CR) credentials. Additionally, Dale participates in the Remodelers' Advantage Roundtables, an industry think-tank for top remodelers dedicated to addressing industry-wide problems. This helps to keep him on the leading edge of the industry, and exposes him to ways to continually improve services and products our company offers.
Dale volunteers his time and expertise through opportunities focused on serving those in need throughout the Atlanta area and abroad. In his spare time, Dale enjoys time with his wife and four children going to soccer games, boating, golfing and traveling.
Guy LaMarca, General Manager, Design Manager & Partner
Guy originally hails from Florida and has been at Atlanta Design and Build since 1998. Guy is also an active member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and is has earned credentials through the NARI Certification Program as a Certified Remodeler (CR demonstrating a high level of competency and ethical standards and by subscribing to rigorous procedures and tests. Likewise, he participates with Dale in the Remodelers' Advantage Roundtables.
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Business Administration, Guy also studied Autocad and has over a dozen years of residential remodeling design experience. Guy is a married, father of two and has called Atlanta home since 1996.
Mike Pike, Senior Project Manager & Partner
Mike has been in the residential construction business for over 24 years, half of those in jobsite crew management. His extensive hands-on experience and in-depth industry knowledge is foundational for transforming how families live, work and play at home. Since then, Mike has also gotten involved with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and has earned their credentials as a Certified Lead Carpenter.
Mike worked with Dale at a sun room company until beginning Sun Fun Remodeling in 1996. He, his wife and 2 children make their home in Dallas, Ga. Mike's eldest daughter lives in California.
