Frequently Asked Questions

Bathroom1. Why should you select a contractor that is fully insured and a member of The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)?
A: A NARI remodeling contractor is pledged to uphold the Association's strict Code of Ethics and is dedicated to the professionalism and integrity of the remodeling industry. Dale Contant, has recently served in leadership of the local chapter and is actively involved on the national level as well. We continue to be actively involved in NARI at both the local and national levels. For more information on remodeling for homeowners, check www.nariatlanta.org and www.nari.org.

2. Do you have liability insurance and workman's compensation?
A: Yes. We are fully bonded and insured! You will receive a copy with your name as the certificate holder at the start of your job. As general contractor, all subcontractor work is covered under our insurance.

3. What is "design/build?"
A: Design/build is a term used to describe a service that incorporates a high-quality, professional design with high-quality professional construction.

4. What is the design/construction process?
A: We have five easy steps to "Transforming Homes and Enriching Lives"

  • Step 1 is an initial consultation including discussions, a conceptual drawing, "ballpark" budget and site field measurements.
  • Step 2 is the design development phase where we'll enter into an agreement to design very specific CADD depictions of your project.
  • Step 3 is estimating, where, based on the drawings, we will provide you with a line-by-line costing of your job.
  • Step 4 is the construction contract. This details every step of your project and provides our construction staff all the necessary information to make your dream a reality.
  • Step 5 is the actual construction phase.

5. How much does the initial consultation cost?
A: There is no charge for the initial consultation stated in Step 1 above.

6. May we contact your former clients?
A: We will be happy to provide you with a list of former clients and the type of project we have completed for them. All customers listed have agreed to let us use them as a reference and invite your call.

7. What do your former clients say about your workmanship?
